Gluten is a proteine found in wheal, rye and barley. Some people when eat gluten it causes a reaction in their bodies. Someone who has this problem is celiac disease.
The food goes to the digestive system, first to the stomach and then to the small intestine, and this one has villy. The villy are important because they absorbnutrients in to the bodie, they are microscopic.
For someone with celiac disease, causes an immune system reaction. Our immune system ordenally keeps you from getting but in someone with celiac disease, the bodie starts damaging and destroying the villy.
This is a chronic problem and there are some commone symptoms like diarrhea, decreased appetite, stom chache and poor bloating, poor growth, and weight loss. Some people feel tired and could be irritable, some also have skin rashes and mouth sores. And in some cases there isn't any symptoms.
